Old cataloged and partially reconstructed and decorated farmhouse from the 19th century, originally owned by the abat of the Sant Salvador de Breda monastery, converted into a flour mill that used the water from the Arbucies stream.
Ideal farmhouse for rural tourism, its current owners with patience and good taste have been reforming it using old materials and other handcrafted ones, managing to create unique and different spaces in which everything combines perfectly from its hydraulic mosaic floors, marble and wood to its beautifully decorated walls and ceilings. Special mention deserve its furniture and completely handmade decoration elements with rounded and beautifully decorated shapes.
The farmhouse consists of a large central living room, another living room, a 35 m² kitchen with oven and fireplace, several more fireplaces, seven double rooms, two suites, four totally independent apartments, four basements and two houses and a well outside. . It has heating with two boilers, one of wood and the other of diesel.
