This farm of 4 hectares with an intensive plantation of olive trees (alberquinos) in production, is located in the region of Torre del Compte, 2 km from the village, next to the river Matarraña. It has good access and is located at the foot of the road.
It has a drip irrigation system from the ditch, with no water limit. The age of the plantation is spread over 10, 4 and 3 years. In the last two harvests, about 30,000 kg of olives per year were harvested. It has two buildings of 80 m2 where rabbits were bred. At present, the buildings are used as a machine warehouse, storage for fertiliser, etc. Electricity runs through the farm.
