The two farms are situated in a place with impressive landscapes and unspoilt nature. The first domain is situated on 56 hectares with a farmhouse to renovate of about 300 m2. The old furnace and stone cooling cell can be restored, as can the old terraces with pine trees and (stone) oaks. On the property there are 3 large caves that were used to keep livestock and as a shepherd's cottage.
The domain is ideal for tourism, observation of fauna (vultures, eagles, goats, roe deer...) or as isolated houses in the middle of unspoilt nature, the access to the domain is very good.
The other farm has a 13 hectare pine and oak forest and a ruin that can be rebuilt as a house.
The two houses are close to each other and are easily accessible.
