This wonderful farm is located in the province of Córdoba, just 25 minutes from the city center and at the foot of the Sierra de Hornachuelos Natural Park.
Córdoba is connected to Madrid by the AVE (1h 40min), Seville (40min) and Barcelona (4h 40min).
The property enjoys 188 hectares, mostly oak forest with isolated areas of cork oak and some pine. Jara predominates, nowadays less abundant given the continuous cleaning of the scrubland during the last 12 years. 85% of the land is fenced for equestrian uses.
The residential area has several buildings and outbuildings, all of them with heating and air conditioning.
Main building: Used as the owners' habitual residence. It has an interior terrace and an exterior terrace of 15 m² each, a living-dining room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Building extension: Possibility of connecting with the main building through the bathroom. Over two levels, there is an entrance hall, two double bedrooms of 20m² each and two living rooms of 40m² each.
Aligned horizontally with the main building we find two adjoining rooms, one of 40 m² with a small pantry and the other used as a laundry room.
