Grounds planted with almond and olive trees.
The site has a total area of 9 ha and consists of:
- 850 almond trees of +/- 35 years. Completely pruned in 2019.
- 230 newly planted almond trees in 2019 type Guara
- 220 new almond trees planted in 2020 type Guara
- 120 newly planted olive trees type Picual
- 30 olive trees centennial in full production
On 3.5 ha of the site are subsidies with an annual income of about 600 euros per year.
