This house is built with high quality materials. The house has a very spacious living room with open kitchen (63 m²; incl. double sink, gas cooker and cooker hood), a guest toilet and a spacious storage room.
A sliding door separates the living area from the sleeping area. Through the hall there is access to the 4 bedrooms and bathroom. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
At the rear of the house is the technical room with next to it a large storage room with a wood oven.
The house has a barbecue area and at the front is a covered terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views of various mountains.
The house is self-sufficient, both in terms of water and electricity so no monthly costs.
The water supply is provided by well water from a registered well. It is pumped into a storage tank.
The supply of electricity is done by solar panels. Batteries are available for the supply of electricity in dark days and evenings.
As an extra there is a generator available, which ensures the power supply if the sun were to fail. Also the heating of water is done by solar panels.
Both walls and roof are provided with insulation, a crawl space insulates the floor, all windows have double glazing and sun blinds through hinged shutters, the electrical installation has automatic fuses and the entire house has central heating. The built-in fire is the energy source of the installation.
