Our job is not only to check of the ownership status, setting up the Preliminary contract draft and the Final sales contract, prepare all documents for notary verification, registration of the purchased real estate before the authorized tax authorities and finally submission of application for the transfer of title, registration of ownership rights in favour of the Buyer, but also organized accommodation, rent-a-car and everything else you might require in order to make the purchase of a real estate property in Croatia.
