This property on 40 ha is located next to the river Matarraña, in the municipality of Calaceite. It has planted terraces, ideal for planting almond trees, olive trees or vines, and can also be used as a sheep or calf farm. It has a large three-storey farmhouse which, after renovation, could be used as a small rural hotel. The old oven where bread was baked has been preserved. It also has a spring next to the river Matarraña from which it would be possible to transport the water to the highest point of the property. In this way, the entire property could be provided with irrigated land, by using a drip system.
