The luxurious villa is south facing and comprises a lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room, pantry, hallway with a landing, 4 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms (en suite), dressing room, linen room, small storage room and the fourth bedroom is currently used as a study room.

There is a courtyard with concrete floor between the east and west side of the house which is about 5mx13m.

The house is a new build, completed in 2008, and built with a system called Styro Stone, which is Precision Moulded Polystyrene Blocks (EPS Insulation), and filled with concrete, resulting in Superior values.

There is a ruin called the Cortijo Ruin, which is ready for a reform with the necessary permit. There is a floor plan available to give ideas about what can be achieved, and would be about 210 square meters of accommodation. The Cortijo is located on just over 20,000 square meters of land.

There are 3 other plots of just over 20,000 square metres, for which a change of use is allowed, and building permits can be applied for. One of the plots has a septic tank, a water well of 30.000 ltr, a concrete standing base of 6 x 13m and a small shed and storage space.

Detailed description

The lounge has a size of 7.6m x 4.55m with an extension of 3.5 m². The lounge is mainly south and west facing, is very light and airy and has triple glazed laminated windows and patio doors with mosquito netting, opening onto a large south facing terrace (60m²), tiled with natural Tosca stones, a balustrade all around and a staircase. In the lounge area there are a total of 15 wall sockets, 6 wall lights, satellite connections, 2 loudspeaker sockets and a telephone socket. A Tosca stone archway separates the lounge from the dining room.

The dining room measures 4m by 4.6m and has a ribbed ceiling and the beams are covered with solid Sapele. There is 1 window, double glazed . The dining room also has a laminated patio, glass doors leading to the courtyard, 8 sockets, 4 wall lights and a half glass door leading to the kitchen.

The kitchen is 4m x 4.6m and features marble worktops, oak high wall and base units, 2 single s/s fitted sinks, a kitchen island (1m x 1m) with base units, extractor hood, Rangemaster 900 gas and electric cooker, 2 Windows, 13 wall sockets, 6 ceiling lights. 

The food storage cabinet is 1.3m x 2.0m and has tiled walls, marble shelves, wine storage racks, and 1 light. 

Next to the kitchen is the utility room with a size of 3.3m x 2.0m.
