This country house on 16 ha, including 7 ha forest, 7 ha pasture and 2 ha urban land, is located in the mountains of Chitorani. Next to the domain is a 100 year old forest and an orchard with all kinds of fruit trees.
The country house was built in 1930 and was renovated in 2015. The country house is the centre of the domain with a constructed area of 336 m² and a habitable area of 240 m². The rough relief forced the owner to structure the property in several floors, connected by a staircase.
As a result of the renovation, the country house has been extended with large rooms, an attic and a terrace on three sides. From each terrace there is a different view; view of the orchards, vineyards or the rural landscapes that stretch out over the hills.
For the construction of the country house solid wood, special stones and decorative elements of concrete were used. All utilities are present, ensuring full comfort.
