An area of approximately 350 ha at the "Kladouri" spot of the Municipality of Epidavros and Municipality of Trizina. The area is administratively owned by the Prefecture of Argolis and the Prefecture of Attica, in the Municipality of Piraeus.
It can be built in accordance with the regulation of city plan. The highest point in the area reaches about 420 meters altitude. The plot lies next to the sea with a private coastline of 2,5 km.
