This farm is located in the heart of the Sierra Mariola, between the municipalities of Alcoy (Alicante) and Bocairent (Valencia) and 10 km from both municipalities.
It has a total area of about 90 hectares, including about 60 hectares of forest and 30 hectares of land (cereal cultivation). There is also a private game park where only 4 neighbours hunt.
There are 2 houses that have been completely reformed and have a permit for rural tourism.
The farms each have a capacity of 18 people. One as a rural house (main house) with 6 double rooms with bathroom, plus a suite and an independent apartment for the landlords and the other as a hostel.
We are dedicated to the breeding of the Spanish horse and we have a legal license for it (Rega Code). There are stables, boxes and pellets for this activity.
Within the domain there is a third house to renovate and a sacred chapel.
There is a swimming pool and an irrigation tank with water from the well, and electricity is supplied by solar and wind energy.
An additional 250 hectares could be bought, most of them in the mountains.
It is 80 km from the city of Alicante and 90 km from Alicante airport; 90 km from the city of Valencia and 100 km from Valencia airport; and 80 km from the beaches of Gandia.
Alcoy is a city with 60,000 inhabitants and has all kinds of amenities. Bocairente, with 5,000 inhabitants, which is smaller, has fewer facilities. People from this area of Valencia go to work in Onteniente, which is 10 km from Bocairente and 20 km from the farm.
