To the left along the watermill are the stables. In this stables building there are a total of 12 stables, a cleaning area and a tack room. Opposite the stables is the indoor arena with a cosy canteen. The size of the indoor arena is 12.5m X 39m. To the left of the inner arena there is a covered storage room. To the right along the inner arena is the old bivouac or party room with dormitories. Next to this is an old pigsty. The outside track lies behind the inside track and has the dimensions of 20m X 60m. Above the stables there is a possibility for guests to stay. To the left along the stables is a storage room with manure storage at the back. Behind this is the horse walker. All the meadows are fenced with electricity wire.
