The 18-hectare farm is located in the municipality of Belmonte de San José, 4 km from the town centre and 2.2 km from the N-232 on the A-2409, in the area known as Pas den Rei.
It is a rustic estate in full production of olive groves (232 units), and also has almond and pine trees.
There is a well in the valley, duly legalized, equipped with an extraction pump and a closed shed.
The house, renovated on the basis of the old shepherd's house, has been designed as a loft while maintaining its rustic appearance. The loft has on the ground floor a wide living room with closed chimney, a dining room, a toilet and a complete kitchen. A designer staircase leads to the bedroom with a cloakroom and another bathroom.
On the roof are solar panels that provide the house with electricity.
Attached to the house is an outbuilding with a cistern of 3,000 liters, the water and boiler, the batteries for the solar panels, the auxiliary generator and the 6 industrial propane gas bottles are in a separate room.
